📦 What Happens If a Package Is Lost or Damaged?
Package issues can occasionally occur during transit, such as loss, damage, or delivery errors. While carriers work to reduce these incidents, they may still happen.

If Shipping Protection is added to your order, we’ll assist with the process if your package is lost or damaged during transit.

We’ll submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf

A replacement item will be processed and shipped promptly (within 24 hours, Monday–Friday)

Our team will manage communication with the carrier throughout the claim process

The carrier may still contact you if additional information is required
This option helps minimize wait times while the carrier completes its standard investigation.

If Shipping Protection is not selected, we’ll still assist by opening a carrier claim and reviewing the situation.
